Refund & Cancellation Policy

Tsuki Create is a digital subscription service. This policy explains how cancellations, generation failures and refund requests are handled.

Subscriptions

You may cancel a recurring subscription through the Lemon Squeezy customer portal. Cancellation stops future renewal. A cancelled subscription normally remains usable until the end of the current paid billing period, after which Tsuki returns the account to Moonlight when the subscription expires.

Generation failures

When Tsuki charges credits for a generation and the provider request fails before a usable result is delivered, Tsuki is designed to return those generation credits automatically.

Refund requests

Because subscription access and credits are delivered digitally and can be used immediately, completed subscription charges are generally not refundable merely because credits were unused or the user changed their mind. However, we will review duplicate charges, material technical failures, billing mistakes and other reasonable requests. Refunds will also be provided where required by applicable law.

Payment disputes

Payments are processed by Lemon Squeezy as merchant of record. Lemon Squeezy may issue or require refunds in accordance with its payment and chargeback processes.

How to request help

Use Tsuki Support and include the account email, approximate purchase date and a description of the issue. Do not send payment card numbers.
