Acceptable Use Policy

Tsuki Create is designed for legitimate creative work. You may not use the service to create, upload, request or distribute content or activity that is unlawful, abusive or violates provider safety rules.

Prohibited uses

• Child sexual abuse material, sexual content involving minors, or sexual exploitation.
• Non-consensual intimate content, sexual violence, or attempts to sexualise a real person without consent.
• Fraud, phishing, impersonation intended to deceive, malware, credential theft or other cyber abuse.
• Credible threats, targeted harassment, stalking, or content intended to facilitate real-world violence.
• Content that unlawfully infringes copyright, trademark, privacy, publicity or other third-party rights.
• Attempts to evade safeguards, abuse rate limits, share access unlawfully, resell accounts, probe infrastructure or interfere with service availability.
• Any other use prohibited by applicable law or by the safety requirements of the model/provider used for a generation.

Enforcement

Tsuki may block a generation, limit features, suspend an account or terminate access where reasonably necessary to enforce this policy or provider requirements. Serious illegal activity may be reported where legally required.
